Q: How long will it take for me to receive my package?

A: Our products are shipped via Global Priority mail within 24 hours of payment. Delivery time averages 4-7 days to most European countries. We cannot ship to Ireland due to Irish Medicines Board restrictions. Most packages take 4-7 days, however, some can take up to 2 weeks.

Q: How can you sell Minoxidil and other products at these prices? Are these out-of-date items?

A: We purchase our products in bulk directly from the manufacturer. You are guaranteed to receive only the freshest supply available. We do not sell expired or old items!

Q: From what country are your items shipped? Will I have to pay VAT, Duties, or Taxes?

A: All of our products are shipped from the United States via Global Priority Mail which takes only 9-14 days. You will not have to pay VAT, Duties, or Taxes on any items. We declare the package as a gift with a low value. Care is taken to make the package discreet. Please note, most shipments take 9-14 working days, however the postal service does sometimes have delays in which the shipments can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Please contact us and we will track down any package which are beyond the normal delivery times.
